About returns and exchanges

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the reason for return or exchange is not our fault, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If returning an item, simply contact us and inform us of the reason for return or exchange and we will send you a return address.

About transportation

When you place your order, we will give you an estimate of shipping and delivery dates based on your item availability and the shipping option you choose. Please also note that many of the items we sell have shipping charges based on shipping. The weight of any such item can be found on its details page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
